Words are highly prized among Masons, and they are used with eloquent precision in our Rites and Ceremonies and the Book of Constitution. The meeting of the Grand Lodge is called the Annual Communication – not a Conference, a Convention, a Convocation, or an Annual General Meeting. ‘Communication’ is derived from the Latin, communicate – to share.

This is a story I've told many times but I think you stand it once more. In August of 1966 we bought a little travel trailer and hooked it up to a black 1962 Ford Farelane and headed for the west coast, Canada all the way out and the US on the way back. Our kids were about 9 and 13.
